Bullying Prevention/Safe School
The Olweus Bullying Prevention Program is a nationally recognized prevention model used to create safer school environments and reduce student violence and bullying. Through this discretionary project, teachers are trained to recognize all stages and aspects of bullying and interventions that can be used to improve problem behaviors. In addition, information is shared with parents through a parent education night as well as through Parents As Teachers personnel.
