Positive Parenting/Love and Logic
This project promotes positive parenting in Howard County through the Parents As Teachers program. Certified Parent Educators are trained in the Love and Logic curriculum and Baby Sign Language. Through Love and Logic, parents learn positive parenting techniques. Through Baby Sign Language, parents learn how to teach their babies sign language (non-verbal cues) that promote positive parent/child interaction and reduces frustration.
