CTF License Plate Marketing Partner
Utilizes funds from the sale of the CTF specialty prevent child abuse license plate to support and promote programming and training by the Missouri Court Appointed Special Advocates (MO CASA) Association throughout the state. MO CASA Association serves abused and neglected children who come under the jurisdiction of the court system by providing support and advocacy to the child through a court-appointed volunteer. Counties where Missouri CASA Association will market the CTF license plate include Adair, Bollinger, Boone, Cape Girardeau, Clay, Franklin, Greene, Harrison, Howard, Howell, Jackson, Lafayette, Mercer, Oregon, Perry, Putnam, Randolph, Saline, Shannon, St. Louis and St. Louis city.
