Strengthening Morgan County Families
Replicates successful prevention models, including case management, nurse home visitation, safe crib, and infant massage through the Morgan County Health Department. The project will link community partners together to provide families with young children resources and support to help strengthen parent/child bonds and promote the healthy growth and development of children.
