Safe Sleep for Babies

The Safe Sleep for Babies project is a collaborative effort to provide safe cribs, bedding, fire safety items and home safety education to low-income, at-risk families.   Through an initial home visit a safe crib is provided to qualifying families along with safe sleep education.  A follow-up visit is provided to ensure that families are following the safe sleep guidelines and to provide additional fire safety items, as well as to foster the relationship between the family and the home visitor.
