Utilizes funds from the sale of the CTF specialty prevent child abuse license plate in St. Francois County to help defray costs associated with public awareness, programs, and educational materials that address child abuse and neglect. Included is support for Project Sunlight, an ongoing taskforce that promotes awareness and prevention of child abuse.
