Mississippi County Effective Black Parenting Program
Designed to reduce instances of child abuse and neglect among African American families residing within the county. The Effective Black Parenting Program (EBPP) is a nationally proven curriculum created to meet the specific needs of African-American parents. It seeks to foster effective family communication, healthy identity, child growth and development through basic parenting strategies including support groups and parenting classes.
