Safety Net Prevention Services

CAPA’s Safety Net Prevention Services include Healthy Family Connections (HFC), an in-home case management program for high-risk families with young children.  HFC is based on the Healthy Families America home visiting model.  This voluntary program works to promote positive parenting practices, improve overall family health, increase school readiness of children and self-sufficiency of parents, and ultimately reduce incidents of child maltreatment.
