      As Missouri’s foundation for child abuse prevention, the Children’s Trust Fund’s (CTF’s) primary responsibility is to provide grants to community-based agencies and organizations throughout the state that focus on strengthening families and preventing child maltreatment.

      As part of its mission, the Children’s Trust Fund (CTF) engages in public education campaigns to heighten the awareness and importance of child abuse and neglect prevention.

      CTF believes in the preventative outcomes consistently demonstrated by high-quality, evidence-based home visiting services. Such services have consistently resulted in positive effects on children’s health, safety, and educational outcomes.
