Thank you for your interest in the CTF Prevention Conference scheduled Monday, April 15 – Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Columbia, Missouri. CTF is pleased to offer Conference Scholarships for eligible requests. Description
This scholarship shall include the following:

• Conference registration fee
• Lodging (as necessary and up to two nights based on distance traveled)
• Attendance to all conference plenaries, workshops, receptions
• Conference meals (lunch, breakfast, refreshment breaks)

*Please note that this scholarship will NOT cover travel expenses NOR non-conference provided meals.

Submission

• Applications will be accepted through Tuesday, March 19, 2019.
• Applicants will be notified by Friday, March 22, 2019 whether or not they have been accepted to receive a scholarship.

Please note that you are NOT registered for the conference by submitting this application. Upon approval of your application, you will be notified and given instructions to register for the conference online.
